Dear Parents:
I am thrilled that you have decided to allow your child to visit my page. My name is Myla, and I am a Mini Goldendoodle and a Certified Therapy Dog. I have had extensive training that includes classes in; Basic Obedience, Good Citizenship Training, and Therapy Dogs Training. I have obtained certificates from Canine Good Citizenship and Therapy Dogs Incorporated.
I love the work I do! I provide unconditional loving support at schools, community events and for my handler’s clients at her private practice. We also go to schools and other places where we read to students and provide K-12 developmental counseling lessons. I also love to go with my handler to a variety of places to promote our two published books.
“I Took My Mommy's Heart To School,” and “In My Heart, First Day of School.”
Our books address School Phobia and Separation Anxiety. They also emphasize the importance of understanding the importance of the bond between a parent and their children.

Any parent of any child just starting school and being away from home for the first time for an extended period during the day, will find this story timely, touching, heart warming, and so very valuable. In telling Myla's story, Roseanne helps ease the fears and anxieties that many, if not most, children experience when they are thrust into the world with others as they continue the long and critical process of becoming socialized/civilized in a world that is complex, and, at times, frighteningly overwhelming and confusing.
